Administration

Hi,

I'm Superintendent Barbalee Blair, and I thought you might want to know something about me. I've been working in public schools for more than thirty years, but I've only been in Oklahoma for the last five. I was the superintendent and principal in Felt, Oklahoma, a small district in the Oklahoma panhandle for four years before coming to Indiahoma. I'm delighted to be here!

I'm a single mom of three sons. James is just turning 26 and lives with his wife in Virginia. They're expecting my first grandchild this summer, so I'm planning a visit to Virginia when the baby arrives. James spent his youth training his mother, and now he's a professional dog trainer! Gee...that tells you something about me ! Clifton is a senior at New Mexico State University. He will graduate in December, and he may be coming to Indiahoma to attend Cameron University this spring. Karl is a young junior (just 19) at OSU. He plans to coach basketball after he graduates. One of his high school coaches really turned him on to the sport, and it's interesting that the coach was an Indiahoma native: Andrew McClung.

My passions are kids and education. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to be an influence in the lives of Indiahoma's young people.

Barbalee Blair
