Back to Mr. Woods' Modules page
The Electronics module will help the student develop a strong understanding of basic DC circuits and the parts used to build them. You will start the rotation on a CES electronics trainer using a TLA to guide you through the building of a few circuits ranging from lighting a light bulb to a transistor radio. In this rotation you will also develop a working knowledge of schematics and electronic part names. This portion of the module will allow you to advance from a novice to an advanced level of DC electronics. In additition to the CES trainer, we offer an advanced form of DC circuit analyses where you will arrange the components of a circuit following a schematic diagram. As you build the circuits you will learn troubleshooting methods to test and repair problems.
